The program called for several new dorm buildings on a traditional, private university campus in the northeast. In addition to dorm rooms, residences for several teachers are integrated into the buildings, along with common spaces to facilitate meetings between students and resident teachers. The dorms are placed to create new opportunities for public outdoor spaces/rooms and a series of connecting gardens.
