Studies for potential rezoning of Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida.  The client wanted to subdivide the 20-acre former Merriweather-Post estate (listed on the National Register of Historic Places), providing for several exclusive, private residences in addition to the original landmark estate.  At The Lawrence Group, Palm Beach, FL, contributed site planning, drawings, and historical society engagement.  A second plan retains existing golf holes for common use.
